At NW Plan Source we pride ourselves on being environmentally friendly as well as customer-focused.

Based in Seattle, Washington, we are ideally situated to have access to all the latest green-building techniques and materials. We can work with you to suggest ideas on what materials to use that will enable you to live harmoniously with your environment.

At the same time, our focus on customer service ensures that you receive plans that are up-to-date with the latest national code requirements (IRC) while also being complete and easy to read. We strive to make sure that you are happy with the product you are receiving, before making your final decision.

Return Policy
Because we are confident in our plans and the service we provide, all sales are final. We cannot accept exchanges of one plan for another, nor can we refund money for partial or complete returns. It is your responsibility to check with your local jurisdiction to determine any requirements or restrictions with respect to your plan purchase, prior to final sale.

Terms of Use
When you purchase one of our plans, you are receiving a license to build that plan only once. If you have a need to build the house more than once, please contact us for our multi-use license (888-271-6977).
