Plan Revisions
Though our plans are sold as "stock" plans, we acknowledge that they will not be perfect for everyone. If you like a plan but would like to make some adjustments to it, please contact us to discuss your requests. One of our designers will work with you to make your changes and create your dream home.

Engineering
If you live in the state of Washington, engineering can be purchased for each of our plans at an additional cost. Please inquire for rates and additional state's engineering availability.

3D Renderings
If you are like a lot of people, in order to really see what a house will look like, it helps to see a rendering of it, rather than in the flat two dimensional elevations that are generally provided. If you have a plan that you would like to see rendered, please contact us to discuss rates and availability as some plans may already have renderings completed.
